Other Facts and Information
Choi is very good friends with fellow convict Chang Koehan. Wether this is just because of their joint tenure with Kim, or because they were imprisoned together, or if it even predates their incarceration is unknown.(*)
UNCONFIRMED: Choi is married with children. It is unknown what his family think's about his criminal activity, or if they even know of what he's been up to for the last 9 years.
At the conclusion of KoF99, Chang and Choi finally reserved themselves to just kill Jhun and Kim and be rid of their torment. Only then did they realize that they could no longer follow their former lives, and had in fact been reformed. Despite this, Kim and Jhun refuse to believe it.
UNCONFIRMED: After Zero's defeat, part of the Zero Cannon blast struck Chang and Choi simultaneously, switching their personas. Unexplained however, is that somewhere between 2k and 2k1 they got switched back.(*)
