| Backstory (Fenix's Summary) |
| A member of the Orochi bloodline, and the first to attempt to break Orochi's seal. He triggered "The Awakening" in Leona that caused her to murder her family as a child, and he murdered Chizuru Kagura's sister in order to break the seal on Orochi. As a member of the Orochi can, he wields the power of the elements, namely that of wind. |

| KoF '94: | Though he did not participate in the tournament, he was challenged by Rugal Bernstein at it's conclusion. He tore out Rugal's eye, but also allowed him to steal the Orochi power that would ultimately consume him. |
| KoF '95: | Though he did not participate in the tournament, shortly thereafter he assaulted the "Japan" team and dealt them a great defeat. After Rugal's destruction he wanted to see the power of the Kusanagi for himself.(*) |
